All classes include a recipe presentation folder and the use of an 'in house' apron!
Learn how to make fresh pasta & gnocchi from scratch and prepare several sauces to accompany the different types of pasta. A hands on experience teaching how to make the dough, roll and cut to create an array of pasta, both long and filled. Dishes may include gnocchi with homemade pesto, pumpkin filled ravioli with a burnt butter & sage sauce and homemade fettuccine with a traditional ragu.
Enjoy a hearty Italian feast on completion with what you have created and enjoy with wine.

Fresh market produce is used to create a two course lunch with dishes such as homemade pasta with sausage and porcini and a Tuscan flourless chocolate cake served with double cream. This class is designed for any skill level and is a lovely way to spend time in a warm and relaxing environment.
Enjoy lunch on completion with Italian varietal red & white wines such as Fiano and Sangiovese.

Lunch or Dinner
There are two distinct cooking styles in Tuscany. One is for the rich, the nobility and one is for the poor, the peasants. Learn typical Tuscan dishes such as pan fried sea bass with garlic and cherry tomatoes, slow cooked beef with porcini and panna cotta. In Sicily typical dishes include antipasto of roasted sweet peppers, homemade pasta with Sicilian meatballs and a Lemon ricotta cake. Enjoy the regional flavours of Tuscany or Sicily with vino over a long lunch or dinner.
